Stepaside Manager

My name is Rebecca and I am the Centre Manager in Daisy Chain Stepaside.

I began working in Daisy Chain in 2019 and have grown and developed throughout this time. For 5.5 years I worked in our Rathfarnham centre in both the Wobbler and Montessori rooms, then progressed to assistant manager before moving to Stepaside in 2025 as Centre Manager. I hold a first-class honours degree in Early Childhood, Care and Education, a FETAC Level 6 in Special needs assisting and I am a fully qualified Montessori teacher.

I have a huge passion for quality, curriculum, inclusion and diversity and believe that all children should feel safe, secure, and valued within their environment, helping to promote their learning and development.

I feel it is important to build strong relationships with the families and children to ensure easy transitions. I feel good communication between parents and the team is key and our team will always ensure the health, safety and well-being of all children is met to the highest standards.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, being creative, exploring the outdoors and travelling to learn about new cultures and places.
