Rathfarnham Manager

I am an early childhood educator and manager with a background in pedagogy and human development. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of working in early years education in Dublin, supporting children’s growth through creativity, empathy, and structured learning environments.

My experience has allowed me to develop strong skills in organisation, leadership, and conflict resolution, as well as a deep understanding of children’s emotional and educational needs, including those with special educational needs.

Before moving to Ireland, I worked in Human Resources and Recruitment in Spain for several years, where I learned the importance of communication, teamwork, and motivation — values that I bring to my work with both children and colleagues every day.

I am passionate about creating inclusive spaces where every child feels valued, confident, and inspired to learn.
